Over the years we have helped thousands of people solve their money problems. No matter how bad your situation, we can help.
Our Story
Our story is a family story. It began in 1998, when Peter Welker opened his practice with a simple belief: people facing money problems deserve kindness, clarity, and someone in their corner. When his son Chris took over in 2006 and founded Welker & Associates, he carried that belief forward - building a firm rooted in family values, practical guidance, and genuine care.
Financial stress affects far more than your budget - it touches your confidence, your relationships, and your sense of stability. Our team focuses on listening first, explaining clearly, and supporting you with respect at every step.
We’re a family-based firm with decades of experience helping individuals and families regain their footing. Whether you’re exploring your options or ready to take the next step, we’re here to make the process feel lighter, clearer, and far less overwhelming.
We feel that it is important for you to have your questions answered by the individual who will be responsible for your file. Since you will be meeting directly with a licensed trustee, your money problems will be dealt with more effectively and often in one meeting.

Our Licensed Insolvency Trustees combine more than 30 years of experience in dealing with all kinds of debt situations.
